The My EziLinks Page
The My EziLinks page is your central hub for managing all your shortened URLs. Here you can create new links, view existing ones, and access detailed editing options.

Creating a New Link
To create a new short link:
Go to My EziLinks from the navigation menu
Click the "+ Create New Link" button
Enter your destination URL
Configure any optional settings
Click "Create Short Link"
Your new short link will appear in your list immediately.
All Link Fields Explained
Here is every field available when creating or editing a link:
Destination URL *Required
The full URL where visitors will be redirected when they click your short link.
Format: Must be a valid URL starting with http:// or https://
Require visitors to enter a password before accessing your link.
How it works: Visitors see a password prompt before redirecting
Password requirements: Any password of your choice
Perfect for:
Private documents or files
Exclusive content for subscribers
Internal company resources
Pre-release product pages
Remove password: Clear the field and save to remove protection
Expiration Settings
Control when your link stops working.
Expiration Date: Select a date when the link should expire
Expiration Time: Set a specific time (optional, defaults to midnight)
Free plan: Links auto-expire after 90 days
Pro plan: Links never expire unless you set a date
After expiration: Visitors see a customisable expiration page
Remove expiration: Click "Remove" to make the link permanent (Pro)
UTM Parameters
Add campaign tracking parameters to measure your marketing effectiveness. These are appended to your destination URL.

Clear UTM: Click "Clear UTM" to remove all parameters
Targeting Rules PRO
Redirect visitors to different URLs based on their location, device, or browser.
Country targeting: Send visitors from different countries to localised pages
Device targeting: Different URLs for mobile vs desktop users
Browser targeting: Specific URLs for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
Operating System: Target Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux users
Referrer: Different destinations based on where traffic came from
How to set up:
Click the "Targeting" button in the edit modal
Add a rule by selecting the condition type
Enter the destination URL for matching visitors
Add multiple rules as needed (evaluated in order)
Non-matching visitors go to the default destination URL
Example: Send Australian visitors to example.com/au and US visitors to example.com/us
Editing an Existing Link
To edit a link, click anywhere on the link row in your list. This opens the edit modal where you can:

The toolbar at the top of the edit modal gives you quick access to:
UTM - Campaign tracking
Targeting - Geo/device rules
Password - Access protection
Expiration - Time limits
What You Can Edit
Destination URL: Change where the link redirects to
Title: Update the link name
All advanced options: UTM, password, expiration, etc.
Note: You cannot change the short URL itself (e.g., ezilinks.com/abc123). To get a different short URL, create a new link.
Quick Actions
Each link in your list has quick action buttons:
Copy Link
Instantly copy the short URL to your clipboard with one click.
QR Code
Generate and download a QR code for this specific link.
Analytics
View detailed click statistics for this link (Pro feature).
Edit
Open the full edit modal to modify the link.
Deleting a Link
To delete a link:
Click on the link to open the edit modal
Click the Delete button (red)
Confirm the deletion
Warning: Deleting a link is permanent. The short URL will stop working immediately and cannot be recovered. Any existing QR codes or shared links will no longer redirect.
Searching and Filtering
Use the powerful filtering options to find and manage your links:
Filter Tabs
All Links: Shows all your links (active and expired)
Active: Only shows links that are currently working
Expired: Only shows links that have passed their expiration date
Column Filters
Each column in the table has a filter row below the headers:
EziLink filter: Search by short code or title
Original URL filter: Search by destination URL
Tags filter: Select a tag to filter by
Date Created filter: Select a date or date range
Time filter: Filter by time of day (morning, afternoon, etc.)
Clear button: Reset all filters at once
Sorting
Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order.
Tip: Give your links descriptive titles when creating them. This makes them much easier to find and manage later!
Bulk Actions
Select multiple links to perform actions on them at once:
Click the checkbox next to each link you want to select, or use the header checkbox to select all visible links
The bulk action toolbar appears at the top
Choose an action to apply to all selected links
Available Bulk Actions
Delete Selected: Permanently delete multiple links at once
Change Domain: Move selected links to a different domain
Add Password: Apply password protection to multiple links
Add Tags: Apply tags to multiple links at once
Warning: Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be undone. Double-check your selection before confirming.
CSV Import and Export
Transfer links in bulk using CSV files.
Exporting Links
Click the "Export CSV" button
All your links (or filtered selection) will be downloaded as a CSV file
Exported fields include:
Short Code
Original URL
Domain
Created Date
Click Count
Tags
Password Protected (yes/no)
Expiration Date
Title
Description
Importing Links PRO
Click the "Import CSV" button
Select your CSV file
Choose the domain for imported links
Review the import preview
Click "Import" to create the links
CSV format requirements:
First row should be headers
Required column: URL (the destination URLs)
Optional columns: Title, Description, Custom Alias
Maximum 500 links per import
Import Results: After import, you'll see a summary showing total links processed, successful imports, and any errors with row numbers.
